Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Warehouse 12. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our shipping policy.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within a maximum handling time of 1-2 business days. This handling time begins on the next business day for orders placed before the cut-off time.

Order Cut-Off Time: Monday to Saturday at 5:00 PM EST

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges and delivery estimates for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days

• Expedited Shipping: 1-2 business days

• Local Delivery: 1-2 business days 

Local Delivery: Available in Noblesville, IN zip codes: 46060, 46061, 46062

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Please note, Warehouse 12 is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance for international orders.

3. Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your order using the link provided in the email.

5. Lost or Damaged Shipments

Warehouse 12 is not liable for any products lost or damaged during shipping. If you are purchasing a used product from us then damaged would be any damages beyond the condition expected by the condition listed in the product page description, photos, video, or description of the product purchased. If your package is lost or arrives damaged beyond the condition referenced, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Be sure to save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

6. Shipping Restrictions

Currently, we do not ship outside of the US.
